Thief knocks himself out during robbery in Washington store

A Washington thief accidentally knocks himself unconscious after running into a plate glass window as he tried to get away with luxury stolen goods, according to a report.

The brazen robbery, which was caught on video, took place at a Louis Vuitton store in Bellevue in broad daylight, according to Fox News.

The video shows the teenage suspect grabbing handbags worth $18,000 off displays and attempting to dart out of the store.

Unfortunately, the suspect accidentally knocked himself out by running into a plate glass window while trying to get away with the stolen goods.

According to investigators, the 17-year-old suspect, whose identity was not released because of his age, was part of a retail crime theft ring. According to Fox News, over 50 repeat offenders have been apprehended in Bellevue for retail robbery and shoplifting. So far this year, the county has reported 59 organized retail theft cases.
