Two men were killed and a third was wound in Thursday’s shooting from three sides in a house in Haralson County, Georgia.
Haralson County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgian Bureau of Investigation were in a house in Tallapoose, where deputies said they were responding to reports of gunfire.
When they returned home, Nathan Larry Mayfield came out of the house with a gun, officials said. He shot himself in the head as he spoke to the police.
Police found both men in the house. Dillion Dobbs, 21, was pronounced dead in the bedroom. Joseph Dobbs, 20, was found with a head shot. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. His condition has not yet been announced.
